In your interactions and matters with Piteå Hamn AB, there may be situations where we need to store personal data you provide for administrative purposes. Piteå Hamn AB retains your data for as long as our services to you are ongoing. After that, your data may be stored to fulfill legal obligations, such as those under accounting legislation. Once these obligations no longer apply, your personal data will be deleted.

The processing of your personal data in our customer database is based on the agreement formed when you request a service, on legal obligations, or on legitimate interest. In cases of legitimate interest, we may use your data, for example, to improve our communication with you.
