When filling out this form, your data will be registered by Port of Piteå. Our registers contain the personal data you have provided us with and are used for administration of the services you have requested from us.

Your data may be handled by a so called personal data assistant, assisting us in our administrative work. The personal data assistant will handle the data solely according to the purpose for which your personal data were collected.

Port of Piteå will keep your data for as long as our services to you proceed. Thereafter they may be stored, e.g. for fulfilling legal requirements. When the statutory time for these requirements is met, your personal data will be erased.

The management of your personal data in our customer database is based on your order or registration, on legal obligations, or on legitimate interest. As to legitimate interest, we use your data e.g. for improving our communication with you.

You have the right to be informed of which of your personal data that are stored in our registers. If you consider any piece of information on you wrong or misleading, you may contact us through e-mail to have it corrected.
